EERIE ENTERTAINMENT // EXPERIMENTAL FIELD TOOL

GHOST HUNTER: FIELD UNIT

Sensor-driven anomaly scanner, case files, evidence recording, EVP review, photography, compass data, event bookmarks, field checklist and an optional Eerie entertainment layer — all running locally in your browser.

STANDBY
What this is: an experimental entertainment/investigation tool that measures available device sensors and reacts to changes. No phone or app has been scientifically proven to detect or communicate with ghosts. Generated words are selected from a fixed dictionary by measured sensor state; they are not messages verified to come from spirits.

00 // Case File

No active case
Starting a session snapshots these case details and creates a unique session ID. MARK EVENT drops a timestamp into the evidence timeline and records the current sensor state.

01 // Field Scanner

Sensors not initialized
0.00
Start a session to establish a baseline. Keep the phone still and away from obvious electronics during calibration.

02 // Response Dictionary

Fixed bank + deterministic sensor hash
A response appears only after the anomaly threshold is crossed.

03 // EVP + Spectrum

Microphone off
EVP REVIEW MODE — click/tap the waveform to scrub.
Review filters affect playback only; they never alter the original saved EVP file. Use headphones if Sweep Noise is running so speaker output does not contaminate the microphone recording.

04 // Camera + Evidence Mode

Camera off
LOW-LIGHT VIEW
SENSOR OVERLAY READY
Evidence Mode recording
Burns timestamp + sensor readings into supported recordings/photos
EVIDENCE MODE When supported, video is recorded from a processed canvas so the visible low-light treatment, timestamp, case ID and live sensor data are permanently burned into the saved clip. If the browser cannot record a canvas stream, the app explicitly falls back to raw camera recording rather than faking the overlay.
