Was today typical?

This is an oddly and perhaps weirdly timed prompt. How would we know if today “was typical” if it hasn’t happened yet? Is Jetpack pushing us into psychic / remote viewing territory?

Maybe.

All jokes aside though, it does make for an interesting thought, but I’ll reframe it a bit:

“WILL today be typical?”

I guess it can be. That may be good if your “typical” day is full of accomplishments that lead to satisfaction at the end of it.

But if your “typical” day is not fulfilling and leaves you with a sense of a “just another day” feeling in your gut and soul, it could be could since now you realize it and CAN make some adjustments so that you can rework and reframe what “typical” means to you.

What a wonderful rabbit hole of personal reflection to ponder.

Thanks, Jetpack!

As for me, yesterday was “typical” in that my focus on my “Journey to 11,000” is locked in. My need to learn something different, thus helping attain that goal was acted on (setting up and learning the ins and outs of creating an email funnel system via MailerLite). Not gonna lie, that one’s been a little confusing but I’ll continue to learn and figure it out.

Now for what today will be? Pretty damn good, I think.

“How can you be so sure, Jim?”

Because I made a decision for it to be.

Just like MY “typical” day.

One big thing that I’ve got headlong this morning was knocking Resistance for a loop by addressing an unearthed subconscious roadblock and trap I had set for myself.

The video below was supposed to be done last Sunday. There wasn’t a hard deadline nor was it a paid thing. I just said it was going to be done.

But I didn’t and it wasn’t.

Why? It’s about as simple as a video can be, so what was the problem?

Simple: It was Resistance playing the self sabotage game on me. If I didn’t do it like I said then I obviously am not worthy of my “Journey to 11,000” goal. I couldn’t possibly hold my head up in public and preach and teach my philosophy found in “Toys are Totems” with authenticity and honesty. So what did I do? I kicked its ass again and got the story out via my Facebook page. And now, I’ll rub it in Resistances face by putting it here…

Candace is a fantastic artist and teacher. The story she captured in that mural is a wonderful legacy for the locals and visitors alike.

So, in my day involving kicking Resistance’s ass, it’s typical. It’s also “typical” that you can do the same thing too! So do it.

Now, Go Play!
