What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?

For me, when something sticks, it’s stuck. One of the most obvious and perhaps annoying to you all who read my ravings for “The War of Art” by Steven Pressfield is his coining of the word and consort of “Resistance” in regards to that unseen internal negative force that terrorizes all of us every day.

What he did there was so profound to me that I can’t help myself to recommend the book at every turn and opportunity. Why? Because to actually name the problem/ enemy in a tangible way, helps me fight the fight.

Plus, it really pisses Resistance off.

I like that.

I can see that slimy monster screaming in excruciating pain and agony every time I do.

I like that even more.

Then when one of you get your own copy, the miserable sot falls to floor, kicking and screaming, writhing in pain and misery.

That I love. Not merely for the pleasure in that trolls well deserved dose of torture but more so because I KNOW that once it hits you like it has me and lord knows how many others since it’s initial release, we collectively are making the world a better place.

Plus, there’s coffee.

Win, win, win.

Now, Go Play!
