Quick up to speed: Groovie Goolies was a 1970s animated comedy series produced by Filmation as a spin-off of Sabrina the Teenage Witch from Archie Comics. Set in a haunted house called Horrible Hall, the show featured a zany group of friendly, monster-themed characters—Drac (a goofy vampire), Frankie (a bumbling Frankenstein’s monster), Wolfie (a hippie werewolf), and many others—who spent their time cracking corny jokes, engaging in slapstick gags, and performing musical numbers. Aimed at kids, it parodied classic horror tropes with a groovy rock-and-roll vibe, making it a quirky mix of monster comedy, musical variety show, and Saturday morning cartoon energy.

And now, thanks to a talented 3D artist / modeler, my digital painting skills that I’m nurturing and the amazing Bambu Labs x1-C 3D multi color printer the cast are coming to my shelf and I thought I’d share…

As of this writing, the final piece of Drac is still on the printer.
