When was the first time you really felt like a grown up (if ever)?
I actually find the turn “grown up” strikingly immature. Or perhaps it’s an illness or disease.
“Sorry to hear you were diagnosed with “grown up”, sure hope the treatment works.”
The adverb term “grow up”, I get that one. But “grown up” as a noun? It’s as if the prompt is speaking like a condescending first grade teacher.
