Yesterday, I talked about what it means to build a life that matters. It’s not about a life that looks impressive, but one that feels true. And I promised that I’d show you what that looks like in real time, not just in hindsight.

So today, I want to bring you behind the curtain of one of the most important parts of that journey. It is also the most fun.
Eerie Entertainment.

This brand didn’t come from a business plan. It came from my inner kid. The one who stayed up watching creature features. The one who made mixtapes from radio shows. The one who felt more alive in a Halloween aisle than in a classroom. That spark never left. And now? It has a full-blown playground to come out and play.

Eerie Entertainment is my home for everything spooky, kooky, nostalgic, and weirdly wonderful. It’s not just a brand—it’s a universe. And this week, I took real action to make that universe more real.

Here’s what happened:

  • ✅ I sorted and archived the entire file system behind the brand. No more scattered documents. No more digital clutter. Just clean lanes for stories, shows, characters, merch, and mythos.
  • ✅ I finalized the structure of our flagship novel Ashes of a Cult Classic. I also locked in how it ties directly to the WDRL in-universe radio station. It connects with its rotating broadcast schedule.
  • ✅ I confirmed that WDRL AM 1380 will be the heartbeat of the brand. It will loop immersive, story-driven, public domain-infused content. This content feels like you stumbled onto a cursed AM station at 2 a.m. in 1979.
  • ✅ I reaffirmed that this isn’t just about writing stories—it’s about living them, and inviting others to come along.

Why does this matter?

Every step I take in building Eerie Entertainment reminds me of something important. Now it reminds you too. Your creativity is not a side project.
It’s not a guilty pleasure.
It’s not a hobby you have to earn.

It’s the spark made real.
It’s your permission slip to play again.

And in a world that keeps getting louder, we need places that feel like signal—not noise.

🕯️ YOUR SPARK PROMPT:

If your creativity had a haunted house, theme park, or pirate radio station—what would it be called? What would it sound like? Feel like?

Write it down. Sketch it out.
Don’t try to monetize it—just name it.
That’s how the magic begins.

I’ll be back tomorrow with more progress—not perfection. Today was physically harder than I’d hoped. Even through the tension and the noise, I still moved the ball forward. That’s the win.

Let’s keep building.

An idea of what it looks like in my brain today. Must confess, the AI image generation in Chat-GPT is getting more and more impressive everyday.
I take no credit for the pencil sketch in this pic. That masterful work was done years ago by my pal Gar the Ghoul from Horrible Horror. Amazing artist, on camera talent and most importantly a really good dude.
