One Person, One Problem, One Hour Companion

Source: One Person One Problem One Hour AI Test

Working promise: Solve one appropriately scoped problem during a single guided hour.

Same structure, your subject. This workshop teaches a repeatable method. The person attending owns the topic, decisions and results. Smartphone first, laptop/desktop compatible. Nothing on this page is a mandatory assignment or approved public offer.

How to use this scratch pad

Instructor: demonstrate the method with one short example, then let participants work on subjects of their own choosing. AI is an assistant, not the author of the participant’s identity. Pause regularly for human judgment, questions, revision and verification.

Step 1: Define One Problem

Identify the exact person, problem, limits and desired result.

Ask me one question at a time to define a practical problem I can make progress on in sixty minutes. Keep it safe, specific and measurable. Tell me if it is too large.

Copy the prompt into your own preferred AI assistant. This is a draft; test before any live class.

Jim’s check: Ask what the participant chose, why, and what needs improvement before continuing.

Step 2: Choose the Finish Line

Define what a credible result looks like and what will remain unfinished.

Step 3: Build With AI

Work on the participant’s own topic using tools and support available.

Guide me through creating my chosen deliverable using my phone or computer. Give me only one next step at a time; ask me to check the result and don’t imply actions were completed if they weren’t.

Step 4: Review and Repeat

Test the output and leave with a next step.

Help me assess the result against the finish line and identify one next independent action. Flag anything requiring outside expertise or verification.

Participant finish line

One visible, reviewed improvement or finished small deliverable.

Facilitator’s role

Jim diagnoses scope, keeps momentum, coaches choices and prevents AI from mistaking a polished answer for a solved problem.

Production notes (working)

Record clean instructor demonstrations separately. Capture participant testimonials and identifiable footage only with clear permission. Keep a facilitator run of show, participant companion, and post-class revision notes as distinct assets. No ticket or admission charge is proposed: optional voluntary contributions and separately sponsored or booked sessions remain the model.

Status: Scratch pad only. AI First Contact remains the active workshop launch priority.
